 Abstract

Tesis ini berupaya membuat rancangan integrasi model antara prediksi penggantian ban dan penyediaan stock inventory dengan salah satu pertimbangan adalah multi eselon lgistik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Cox regression untuk melakukan prediksi penggantian ban, dimana dengan metode ini analisa terhadap kemungkinan ban akan rusak dapat di ketahui dengan berbagai macam variabel yang mempengaruhi. Hasil dari prediksi akan dijadikan acuan dalam proses pengadaan ban baru. Jumlah persediaan di masing-masing site, di pusat distribusi dan di pabrik di hitung dengan metode EOQ sehingga didapatkan biaya yang optimal. Selain itu SPSS Modeler digunakan untuk membantu membuat model. Hasil implementasi di salah satu perusahaan tambang batu bara memberikan gambaran nyata atas manfaat penelitian ini. This thesis tried to design model integration between predictive tyre scrap and inventory stock with consideration of multi echelon logistics. Cox regression model was used to investigate the relationship between a set of one or more covariates and the hazard rate of tyre to predict scraping time of tyre. The result of prediction was used to calculate stock in every equipment user, distribution center and factory. Economic Order Quantity was used to calculate stock. This paper adopts the SPSS Modeler based analitycal and simulation method to obtain the optimal configurations cost model of maintenance and stock inventory .The equipment and logistics challenges of mining companies provides a real context for the presentation of this research.
