ABSTRAKKualitas asuhan keperawatan menjadi elemen kunci mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit. Fenomena di rawat jalan sangat minimal dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasi deskriptif pendekatan cross sectional. Metode pengambilan sampel, total sampling 43 perawat dan 43 pasien dengan kriteria inklusi untuk setiap sampel. Hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan antara umur perawat p 0.016 , persepsi perawat terhadap pengelolahan perangkat manajemen money p 0.005 dan material and machine p 0,04 dan pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan yang dipersepsikan oleh pasien. Implikasi: belum optimal pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan yang dipersepsikan pasien bila tetap berlangsung maka mengakibatkan penurunan kepuasan, keamanan, dan keselamatan pasien. Dibutuhkan dukungan manajemen rumah sakit untuk mendukung ketersediaanya dana untuk perawat mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, serta diperlukan kelengkapan peralatan, fasilitas, sarana, logistik dalam upaya optimalkan asuhan keperawatan.
ABSTRACTQuality of nursing care became a key element of hospital service quality. The phenomenon in outpatient was very minimal in the provision of nursing care. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the implementation of nursing care. This research method used descriptive correlation design of cross sectional approach. Methods of sampling, total sampling of 43 nurses and 43 patients with inclusion criteria for each sample. The result of the research shows that there were correlation between nurse age p 0.016 , nurse perception toward business money of the tools management p 0.005 and material and machine p 0,04 and implementation of nursing care perceived by patient. Implication in this study if nursing care not yet optimalized which perceived by patient persisted hence resulted decrease of satisfaction, safety, and patient safety. Hospital management support is required to support the availability of funds for nurses to develop knowledge and skills, and necessary completeness of equipment, facilities, facilities, logistics in an effort to optimize nursing care.
