ABSTRAKInsiden hipertensi di Indonesia masih cenderung tinggi, terdapat beberapa faktor yangberkontribusi terhadap munculnya hipertensi, salah satunya adalah obesitas sentral.Obesitas sentral adalah kondisi lemak berlebih yang terpusat pada daerah perut intraabdominalfat . Beberapa penelitian menyatakan bahwa hipertensi lebih banyakditemukan pada individu dengan obesitas sentral dibandingkan dengan obesitas umum.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan obesitas sentral dengankejadian hipertensi diastolik pada penduduk usia 40 tahun atau lebih di Kota Bogortahun 2016. Desain Penelitian ini adalah kohor retrospektif, analisis data sekunder studikohor PTM Litbangkes tahun 2011-2016. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwaInsiden hipertensi diastolik sekitar 90 per 1000 orang-tahun. Penduduk usia 40 tahunatau lebih yang obesitas sentral berisiko 1.929 kali 95 CI 1.660 ndash; 2.242 untukmengalami hipertensi diastolik dibandingkan penduduk tidak obesitas sentral setelahdikontrol oleh aktivitas fisik. Attributable Risk Percent AR sebesar 41,5 . Artinya,eliminasi obesitas sentral, diperkirakan akan menurunkan kejadian hipertensi diastoliksekitar 41,5 .

ABSTRACTIndonesia still records high incidence of hypertension in the last couple of years. Ofseveral factors that contribute to the emergence of hypertension, growing number ofevidence highlights the contribution of central obesity. Central obesity is a condition offat centered on the abdominal area intra abdominal fat . Some studies suggest thathypertension is more commonly found in central obese individuals compared to generalgeneral obese groups. The purpose of this study was to determine the association ofcentral obesity with the incidence of diastolic hypertension in the population amongpeople above 40 years in the city of Bogor in 2016. This study is a retrospective cohortin design, a secondary analysis of NCD study cohort by Litbangkes year 2011 2016.The results show the incidence of diastolic hypertension is 90 per 1000 person years.Population among people above 40 years of central obesity is 1.929 times 95 CI1.660 ndash 2.242 at risk to get diastolic hypertension compared with non central obeseafter being controlled by physical activity. Attributable Risk Percent AR is 41.5 .This says the incidence of diastolic hypertension can be reduced by 41.5 if there is nocentral obesity cases.
