Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan peran pemuda yang dalam hal ini KNPI Aceh dapat mewujudkan gerakan kewirausahaan sosial. Penulis berargumentasi bahwa peran KNPI Aceh sangat signifikan dalam membangun gerakan kewirausahaan sosial melalui peran aktor dan inovasi yang dilakukan melalui pemberikan pelatihan, akses modal, dan pemberdayaan. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peran yang dilakukan oleh KNPI Aceh. Proses pengumpulan data penulis gunakan dengan menggunakan beberapa teknik penelitian seperti diskusi grup terfokus, pembagian kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam serta dokumentasi dari hasil penelitian-penelitian terdahulu baik dalam bentuk Buku, jurnal dan karya ilmiah. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran KNPI sangat besar bagi terwujudnya gerakan kewirausahaan sosial yang berkorelasi secara positif terhadap ketahanan nasional di Aceh. Ada dua faktor yang mengoptimalkan peran KNPI Aceh dalam mempengaruhi tumbuhnya gerakan kewirausahaan sosial yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal yaitu pengetahuan terhadap kewirausahaan sosial, kultur masyarakat dan peraturan dan paradigma politik. Sedangkan faktor eksternal yaitu akses terhadap perbankan, identifikasi masalah dan terakhir isu personal. Kedua faktor tersebut berujung pada penciptaan sebuah nilai baru melalui proses inovasi yang terus-menerus dilakukan oleh KNPI Aceh periode 2013-2016.

This research is conducted to find out what factors cause the role of youth which in this case KNPI Aceh can realize social entrepreneurship movement. The authors argue that KNPI Aceh's role is significant in building a social entrepreneurship movement through the role of actors and innovation through training, access to capital, and empowerment. The author uses a qualitative approach to determine the extent of the role undertaken by KNPI Aceh. The data collection process used the author using several research techniques such as focus group discussions, questionnaires and in-depth interviews and documentation of the results of previous studies in the form of books, journals and scientific papers.

This study shows that the role of KNPI is great for the realization of a social entrepreneurship movement that is positively correlated to national resilience in Aceh. There are two factors that optimize the role of KNPI Aceh in influencing the growth of social entrepreneurship movement that is internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are knowledge of social entrepreneurship, community culture and regulation and political paradigm. While external factors are access to banking, problem identification and final personal issues. Both of these factors lead to the creation of a new value through continuous innovation process carried out by KNPI Aceh period 2013-2016.
