Salah satu standaryang digunakan dalam penilaian pelayanan gizi rumah sakit di Indonesia adalahAkreditasi Rumah Sakit Versi 2012 yang menilai pelayanan gizi dalam 3 tiga bab standar. Terdapat beberapa model pengukuran mutu yang terbukti efektifdalam manajemen mutu, salah satu satunya adalah Kriteria Malcolm Baldrige.Peneliti menggunakan 7 tujuh kriteria yang terdapat dalam Malcolm BaldrigeHealth Care Criteria for Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai mutupelayanan gizi rumah sakit terAkreditasi Versi 2012 di Rumah Sakit Ari Cantiditinjau dari Kriteria Malcolm Baldrige tahun 2017 sebagai persiapan surveyverifikasi akreditasi dan peningkatan mutu berkelanjutan. Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melaluiwawancara mendalam informan kunci, telaah dokumen, dan observasi. Posisiskor mutu Pelayanan Gizi Rumah Sakit ter Akreditasi Versi 2012 ditinjau dariKriteria Malcolm Baldrige berada pada skor 408, dalam jenjang predikat ldquo;EarlyImprovement rdquo; dengan tingkat mutu ldquo;Average rdquo;. Bidang Pelayanan Gizi RumahSakit Ari Canti dapat mengembangkan kesempatan untuk perbaikan padakriteria kepemimpinan senior, dan pengembangan strategi.Kata kunci : Malcolm Baldrige, Akreditasi, Rumah Sakit, Pelayanan Gizi

The score of the quality ofNutrition Services Accredited Hospital Version 2012 reviewd from the MalcolmBaldrige Criteria is 408, while in the levels of the predicate showed EarlyImprovement with the level of quality Average .
