 Abstract

Pelayanan gizi sebagai bagian integral dari pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit dituntut memberikan pelayanan yang bermutu sesuai standar. Salah satu standar yang digunakan dalam penilaian pelayanan gizi rumah sakit di Indonesia adalah Akreditasi Rumah Sakit Versi 2012 yang menilai pelayanan gizi dalam 3 tiga bab standar. Terdapat beberapa model pengukuran mutu yang terbukti efektif dalam manajemen mutu, salah satu satunya adalah Kriteria Malcolm Baldrige. Peneliti menggunakan 7 tujuh kriteria yang terdapat dalam Malcolm Baldrige Health Care Criteria for Performance.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai mutu pelayanan gizi rumah sakit terAkreditasi Versi 2012 di Rumah Sakit Ari Canti ditinjau dari Kriteria Malcolm Baldrige tahun 2017 sebagai persiapan survey verifikasi akreditasi dan peningkatan mutu berkelanjutan.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melalui wawancara mendalam informan kunci, telaah dokumen, dan observasi. Posisiskor mutu Pelayanan Gizi Rumah Sakit ter Akreditasi Versi 2012 ditinjau dari Kriteria Malcolm Baldrige berada pada skor 408, dalam jenjang predikat 'EarlyImprovement' dengan tingkat mutu 'Average'. Bidang Pelayanan Gizi Rumah Sakit Ari Canti dapat mengembangkan kesempatan untuk perbaikan pada kriteria kepemimpinan senior, dan pengembangan strategi.

Nutrition services as an integral part of health services in hospitals are required to provide quality services according to standards. One of the standards used inthe assessment of hospital nutrition services in Indonesia is the Hospital Accreditation Version 2012, which assesses nutrition services in three 3 standard chapters. There are several quality measurement models proven effective in quality management, one of which is the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria. Researcher used 7 seven criteria contained in Malcolm Baldrige Health Care Criteria for Performance.
This study aims to assess the quality of nutrition services of accredited hospitals Version 2012 at Ari Canti Hospital reviewed from Malcolm Baldrige Criteria in 2017 as a preparation of accreditation verification and continuous quality improvement survey.
This research is a descriptive analytic research with qualitative approach, through in depth interviews of key informants, document review, and observation. The score of the quality of Nutrition Services Accredited Hospital Version 2012 reviewd from the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria is 408, while in the levels of the predicate showed Early Improvement with the level of quality Average. Ari Canti Hospital Nutrition Services may develop opportunities for improvement on senior leadership criteria, and strategy development.
