Biaya perawatan Cost Of Treatment adalah perhitungan biaya terkaitbiaya langsung dan biaya tidak langsung yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukanperawatan dan atau tindakan layanan kesehatan per layanan penyakit terhadappasien yang sesuai dengan clinical pathway dari penyakit tersebut. Rumah sakitsebagai penyelengara pelayanan kesehatan menjadi kewajiban untuk memberikanpelayanan yang adil dan bermutu bagi masyarakat. Menghitung unit cost layanankesehatan sangat sangat diperlukan untuk mengetahui besaran biaya riil yangdibutuhkan untuk suatu produk layanan. Dengan menghitung unit costberdasarkan clinical pathway adalah alat untuk mencapai pelayanan yangberkualitas dan efisien.Di Rumah Sakit Ari Canti kasus DHF merupakan kasus non bedahtertinggi dan merupakan 10 kasus terbanyak pada tahun 2016. Permasalahan yangterjadi sebelumnya adalah belum adanya unit cost berdasarkan data riil rumahsakit yang menyebabkan kendala dalam kebijakan yang membutuhkanperhitungan biaya dalam keputusan tersebut, antara lain penentuan tarif, negosiasidengan pihak ketiga dan lain sebagainya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui cost of treatment DHF murni kelas III Di Rumah Sakit Ari Canti,serta lebih jauh mengetahui gambaran biaya di unit produksi maupun di unitpenunjang.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan crosssectional. Metode analisis biaya adalah dengan metode Activity based costinguntuk unit produksi dan simple distribution untuk unit penunjang. Data yangdigunakan adalah data sekunder dari bagian unit produksi terkait dan unitixUniversitas Indonesiapenunjang ruah sakit tahun 2017. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan COT adalahRp. 1,654,884.68. UC actual RP. 1,358,859.68 dan UC simple distribution Rp.296.025.COT adalah Rp. 1.654.884,68. Biaya Sumber daya di IGD yaitu perawatdan jasa dokter menghabiskan porsi biaya 73,77 dari keseluruhan sumber dayayang dibutuhkan di IGD, di laboratorium porsi biaya SDM sekitar 9 dan dirawat inap sebesar 40,9 untuk biasa jasa medis dokter dan perawat .Khususnya di IGD menggambarkan kondisi yang belum efisien antara jumlahpegawai yang harus dibiayai dengan beban kerja yang ditanggung atau outputyang dihasilkan sehingga biaya yang dibebankan kepada pasien menjadi tinggi.Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk rumahsakit dalam penentuan kebijakan dan pengambilan keputusan mengenai tarif dannegosiasi dengan pihak external lainnya.Kata Kunci : Cost Of treatment, DHF, biaya satuan

Cost of Treatment is a cost calculation of the direct and indirect costsrequired to perform the care of performing treatment and or health caremeasures per patient disease service in accordance with the clinical pathway ofthe disease. Hospitals as health service providers must be provide a righteous andquality service for the community. Calculating unit cost of health services is verynecessary to know the real cost value needed for a service product. By calculatingunit cost based on the clinical pathway is a tool to achieve quality and efficientservice.In Ari Canti Hospital, DHF case is the highest non surgical case and isthe top 10 cases in 2016. The problem that happened while the absence of unitcost based on real hospital data causing obstacles in the policy that require costcalculation in the decision, among others rate determination, negotiation withthird parties and others. The purpose of this research is to know the cost oftreatment of DHF class III At Ari Canti Hospital, and further to know thedescription of cost in production unit and in supporting unit.The type of this research is quantitative research with cross sectionalapproach. Cost analysis method is by Activity based costing method forproduction unit and simple distribution methode for supporting unit.
