ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi,keterlibatan employee engagement dan kesetiaan employee loyalty terhadapkinerja penyidik Satreskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Barat. Kinerja dari penyidikSatreskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Barat sangat penting dan strategis karenatugasnya untuk menekan angka kejahatan di wilayah hukumnya.Sebanyak 99 orang penyidik Satreskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Barat yangdipilih dalam mendukung penelitian ini. Teknik Structural Equation Model SEM digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, keterlibatan karyawan,dan kesetiaan terhadap kinerja penyidik satreskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Barat. ABSTRACTThis research is to examine the relationship of motivation, employeeengagement and employee loyalty to the performance of police officers ofCriminal Investigation unit at West Jakarta Metro Police Resort.
