ABSTRAK
Laporan HIV/AIDS Triwulan 1 Tahun 2017 menyebutkan bahwa terjadipeningkatan jumlah kasus AIDS pada ibu rumah tangga, dari 172 orang pada tahun2004 menjadi 12.302 kasus sampai bulan Maret 2017. Selain jumlah kasus yangterus meningkat, jumlah kumulatif AIDS menurut pekerjaan/status, ibu rumahtangga menempati urutan kedua terbesar yang menderita AIDS setelah kelompoklain-lain (Kemenkes RI, 2017). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktorfaktoryang berhubungan dengan upaya pencegahan HIV/AIDS pada ibu rumahtangga di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bagor. Desain penelitian adalah cross-sectional.Jumlah responden yang diperoleh adalah 150 ibu rumah tangga. Data dianalisisdengan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yangberhubungan dengan upaya pencegahan HIV/AIDS pada ibu rumah tangga adalahriwayat tes HIV (p=0,028) dan keterpaparan informasi tentang HIV/AIDS(p=0,014). Pada analisis regresi logistik multivariat diketahui bahwa riwayat tesHIV merupakan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi upaya pencegahan HIV/AIDSoleh ibu rumah tangga (p=0,028 95% CI: 1,06-13,54). Pada ibu rumah tangga yangtelah terpapar informasi tentang HIV/AIDS memiliki peluang 3,787 kali lebihtinggi untuk melakukan upaya pencegahan HIV/AIDS baik daripada ibu rumahtangga yang belum pernah melakukan tes HIV. Direkomendasikan kepadakementrian kesehatan, dinas kesehatan dan tenaga kesehatan untukmensosialikasikan tes HIV sejak pra-nikah dan melakukan pendidikan kesehatanterkait HIV/AIDS yang dapat menjangkau seluruh ibu rumah tangga. Sepertimelalui kelompok PKK dan pengajian. Sehingga, ibu rumah tangga dapat terpaparinformasi tentang HIV/AIDS.

ABSTRACT
The first quarter of HIV/AIDS report 2017 mentioned an increase in the number ofAIDS cases among housewives, from 172 cases in 2004 to 12.302 cases by March2017. Besides the increasing number of the HIV cases, the cumulative number ofAIDS by occupation group showed that the housewives group was the secondlargest with AIDS after unidentified group (Indonesian Ministry of Health , 2017).The aim of this study was to determine the factors that influence the act of HIV/AIDSprevention among housewives in the work area of Bagor Community Health Centre.The study design was cross-sectional. The number of respondent who had obtainedwas 150 housewives. The data were analyzed with logistic regression. The result ofthe study showed that factor corellated with HIV/AIDS prevention amonghousewives were HIV testing (p=0,028) and information exposure about HIV/AIDS(p=0,014). In multivariate logistic regression analysis was known that HIV testingwas the most influencing factor for HIV/AIDS prevention in housewives (p=0,02895% CI: 1,06-13,54). The housewives who have been done the HIV testing have3,787 times higher chace to doing HIV/AIDS prevention than those who have notdo it. It is recommended to the ministry of health, health offices and health workersto conduct the reproductive health education related to HIV/AIDS include the HIVtesting as pre-marital program, also health education that can reach all housewivessuch as with organization of husewives group. Thus, housewives can be exposed toinformation about HIV/AIDS.
