ABSTRAK
Pendahuluan: Upaya yang dilakukan penurunan AKI dan AKB dengan pemerataan tenaga kesehatan bidan dan pendidikan berkelanjutan. Dengan pendidikan berkelanjutan akan meningkatkan kompetensi dan mutu tenaga kesehatan bidan. Dalam menjamin mutu tenaga kesehatan, pemerintah mewajibkan tenaga kesehatan bidan mengikuti uji kompetensi. Presentase kelulusan Uji kompetensi Diploma Kesehatan Kebidanan 72% pada tahun 2015. Asosiasi Institusi Pendidikan Kebidanan Indonesia (AIPKIND) sebagai pemangku kepentingan pendidikan kebidanan memiliki peran dalam pengembangan dan pembinaan Institusi Pendidikan Kebidanan agar memenuhi standar. Dalam mendukung peran AIPKIND perlu ketersediaan data dan informasi yang akurat dan tepat dari menjadi anggotanya, sehingga perlu dibangun rancangan Sistem Informasi Basis Data Institusi Pendidikan Kebidanan Online di AIPKIND. Metode: Pengembangan sistem basis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan menggunakan metode Prototyping. Hasil: Perancangan prototipe sistem informasi basis data berbasis client-server dan berbasis web sehingga client dapat mengakses menggunakan web browser di semua perangkat komunikasi yang terhubung dengan internet. Penyajian data dan informasi dalam bentuk grafik dan tabel. Kesimpulan: Prototipe Sistem Informasi Basis Data Institusi Pendidikan Kebidanan Online menyediakan data dan informasi anggota AIPKIND yang akurat dan tepat waktu. AIPKIND dapat melakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi tentang profil, tenaga pendidik dan peserta didik yang ada di institusi pendidikan kebidanan.

ABSTRACT
Background: Efforts made by the reduction of MMR and IMR with equalization of midwife health worker and continuing education. Continuing education will improve the competence and quality of midwife health personnel. In ensuring the quality of health personnel, the government requires midwife health personnel to follow competency test. Percentage of graduation Competency Test Diploma of Midwifery 72% by 2015. The Association of Indonesian Midwifery Education Institutions (AIPKIND) as the stakeholder of midwifery education has a role in developing and fostering the Midwifery Education Institution in order to meet the standards. In support of AIPKIND's role, it is necessary to have accurate data and information from its members, so that it is necessary to build the design of Database Information System Midwifery Institution in AIPKIND. Method: Development of database system in this research using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach by using Prototyping method. Results: Design prototype database system based on client-server and web-based so that clients can access using a web browser on all communication devices connected to the internet. Presentation of data and information in the form of graphs and tables. Conclusions: Prototype of Database Information System of Online Midwifery Institution provides accurate and timely data and information of AIPKIND members. AIPKIND may monitor and evaluate profiles, educators and learners present in midwifery education institutions.
