Praktekkerja profesi dilakukan selama dua minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;EvaluasiPenerapan Formularium Nasional pada Formularium Rumah Sakit di Provinsi B rdquo;.Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini untuk mengetahui dan memahami evaluasi terhadappenerapan Fornas pada Formularium Rumah Sakit di wilayah Provinsi B.

Internship is conducted for two weeks with a specialtask that is Evaluation of National Formulary Application on Formulary Hospitalin Province B . The purpose of this specific task is to know and understand theevaluation of the implementation of Fornas on Hospital Formulary in the area ofProvince B.
