Pijat oksitosin adalah pemijatan pada sepanjang tulang belakang vertebrae sampai tulang costae kelima-keenam yang dapat merangsang hormon prolaktin dan oksitosin setelah melahirkan. Pijatan ini berfungsi untuk meningkatkan hormon oksitosin yang dapat menenangkan ibu, sehingga Air Susu Ibu ASI keluar dengan lancar. Pasien berusia 38 tahun dengan status multipara. Berdasarkan pengkajian, pasien memiliki riwayat menyusui yang belum berhasil pada anak sebelumnya. Masalah keperawatan utama yang muncul adalah kesiapan peningkatan menyusui. Masalah yang terjadi pada proses menyusui sebelumnya, salah satunya yaitu kurangnya produksi ASI. Tujuan dari karya ilmiah ini adalah untuk menganalisis asuhan keperawatan pada ibu postpartum dengan riwayat masalah kurangnya produksi ASI. Hasil analisis setelah diberikan intervensi pijat oksitosin menunjukan adanya peningkatan produksi ASI dengan indikator berat badan bayi, frekuensi menyusu, frekuensi Buang Air Kecil BAK , dan lama tidur setelah menyusu. Karya tulis ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan data yang berkaitan dengan asuhan keperawatan pada ibu postpartum dengan masalah ketidakberhasilan dalam pemberian ASI.

Based on the assessment, the patient has a history of breastfeeding that she had not been successful in the previous child. The main nursing problem that arises is the increased readiness of breastfeeding. Problems that occur in previous breastfeeding process, one of which is the lack of milk production. The purpose of this scientific work is to analyze nursing care in postpartum mothers with a history of problems of lack of breastmilk production. The results of the analysis after the intervention of oxytocin massage showed an increase in breastmilk production with indicator of infant weight, frequency of suckling, frequency of urination, and duration of sleep after breastfeeding. This paper is expected to be used as data related to nursing care in postpartum mothers with the problem of non-success in breastfeeding.
