ABSTRAKPraktik kerja profesi di PT Combiphar Padalarang Periode Bulan Maret ndash; April Tahun 2018 bertujuan agar mahasiswa calon apoteker mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi serta memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, memiliki pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul ldquo;Validasi Sistem Komputerisasi Excel Spreadsheet for Product XX di PT Combiphar Padalarang rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus adalah untuk memahami prinsip dan prosedur validasi sistem komputerisasi di PT Combiphar serta memahami proses pembuatan, penggunaan, dan pengelolaan excel spreadsheet yang digunakan dalam pengelolaan data analisis di PT Combiphar. Secara umum, PT Combiphar telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar. Penulis telah mendapat kesempatan untuk memahami secara langsung pekerjaan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di PT Combiphar.

ABSTRACTInternship at PT Combiphar Padalarang Plant Period March ndash; April 2018 was to assist students as a future pharmacist to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry, gain insight, knowledge, skill, and experience, have practical experience to perform pharmaceutical duties, and able to understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practice GMP in pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given titled ldquo;Computerized System Validation for Excel Spreadsheet for Product XX in PT Combiphar Padalarang Plant rdquo;. The objective of this special assignment is to understand the principles and procedures of computerized system validation as well as to understand the process of creating, using, and managing the excel spreadsheet used in the management of analytical data in PT Combiphar. In general, PT Combiphar has implemented 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly. The author has got the opportunity to understand pharmaceutical work in PT Combiphar directly.
