ABSTRAK
Apotek merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Setelah Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional diterapkan, apotek telah menjadi salah satu ujung tombak pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat, sehingga Apoteker dituntut untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA yang dilaksanakan di Apotek Atrika bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas, serta tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek. Selain itu, melalui PKPA diharapkan calon apoteker mendapatkan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Calon apoteker juga diharapkan dapat mempelajari secara langsung manajemen apotek dan mengetahui gambaran nyata mengenai permasalahan yang dapat di apotek. Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah analisis rancangan kerjasama Apotek dengan praktik dokter bersama yang melayani program rujuk balik di Jakarta Selatan yang dapat diimplementasikan. Secara umum, Apotek Atrika telah melaksanakan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di apotek.

ABSTRACT
A pharmacy is a pharmaceutical care facility where a clinical practice is done by a pharmacist. Once the National Health Insurance is applied, pharmacies have become one of the spearheads of health services for the people, so pharmacists are required to improve their knowledge and skills in order to improve the quality of services. The internship at the Atrika Pharmacy is aimed to make the student of apothecary profession understand the role, duty, and responsibility of pharmacist in pharmacies. In addition, through this internship, the student of apothecary profession is expected to gain insight, knowledge, skills, as well as practical experience in doing the clinical services in pharmacies. The students of apothecary profession are also expected to learn directly the management of pharmacies and know the real picture of the problems in the pharmacy. The special assignment given is the analysis of the cooperation plan between pharmacist and doctor in the National Health Insurance program at South Jakarta. Overall, Atrika Pharmacy has performed good clinical practices, the author also gained the ability to understand the role, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions to problems in pharmacies.
