Saat ini, sistem struktur beton pracetak adalah salah satu alternatif metode konstruksi yang terutama digunakan dalam proyek konstruksi. Dalam implementasinya, metode ini memberikan efisiensi waktu dan tenaga serta mendukung pelestarian lingkungan. Metode ini juga saat ini dipilih sebagai preferensi utama untuk proyek konstruksi jembatan. Namun, bersama dengan keuntungan yang diberikannya, pekerjaan konstruksi jembatan beton pracetak adalah proyek yang kompleks dan harus direncanakan dan dikelola secara efektif. Juga, pertimbangan penuh dari setiap aspek dalam lingkup proyek ini, seperti metode, kegiatan dan sumber daya yang ditetapkan dalam pekerjaan konstruksi, yang bergantung pada situs dan kondisi kerja, adalah hal yang penting. Work breakdown Structure (WBS) termasuk kamus dan checklist WBS yang terperinci untuk pekerjaan konstruksinya untuk jembatan beton pracetak dapat menyediakan pecahan dari aspek-aspek yang disebutkan di atas dan memandu konstruktor untuk melaksanakan proyek. WBS, kamus dan checklistnya harus dikembangkan dalam tahap perencanaan proyek konstruksi. Makalah ini menjelaskan pengembangan kamus dan checklist WBS untuk pekerjaan konstruksi jembatan beton pracetak. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah analisis arsip, metode Delphi dan divalidasi oleh para ahli. Kamus WBS dari pekerjaan konstruksi jembatan beton pracetak terdiri dari enam (6) tingkat WBS (termasuk dua tingkat tambahan), yang memerinci paket pekerjaan, metode kerja, kegiatan, dan sumber daya.

Nowadays, precast concrete structure system is one of the alternatives of construction methods that is mainly used in the construction projects. In its implementation, this method provides time and energy efficiencies and supports environment preservation. This method is also currently chosen as the main preference for bridge construction projects. However, along with the advantages that it provides, the construction works of precast concrete bridge is a complex project and should be planned and managed effectively. Also, full consideration of each aspect in the scope of this project, such as its defined methods, activities and resources in the construction works, which depend on the site and working condition, is essential.

A standardized work breakdown structure (WBS) including the detailed WBS dictionary and checklist for its construction works for precast concrete bridge can provide in breaking down the abovementioned aspects and guide the constructor to execute the project. The WBS and its dictionary and checklost should be developed in the planning phase of the construction project.

This paper explains the development of the WBS dictionary and checklist for the construction work of precast concrete bridge. The methodology used are archive analysis, Delphi method and validated by experts. The WBS dictionary and checklist of the precast concrete bridge construction works consists of six (6) levels of WBS (including two supplementary levels), which itemize the work packages, work methods, activities, and resources.
