 Abstract

Eco Business Indonesia merupakan Social Enterpreneurship yang bergerak di bidang kreatif dalam memanfaatkan sampah plastik menjadi produk upcycle dengan nilai yang lebih tinggi. Eco Business Indonesia didirikan oleh mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) karena kekhawatirannya melihat sampah plastik yang bertebaran di sekitar UIN dan semakin menumpuk setiap harinya. Eco Business Indonesia memiliki misi besar, yaitu agar seluruh masyarakat Indonesia memiliki kepedulian yang sama mengenai isu sampah plastik, diawali dari Kota Tangerang Selatan. Dengan begitu, dibentuklah program pemasaran sosial Friendly Use of Plastic Waste dengan tujuan mengajak masyarakat Tangerang Selatan untuk berperilaku ramah dengan sampah plastik dan tidak akan membiarkan sampah plastik berakhir di lautan dengan sia-sia yang dimulai dari mengetahui dan meyakini isu-isu mengenai sampah plastik. Terdapat 3 sub-program dan 10 kegiatan dari program Friendly Use of Plastic Waste, antara lain Social Media Activation (Konten informatif pada Instagram, Konten Interaktif pada Instagram, Eco Tips pada Instagram, Social Experiment pada Youtube, Kisah Para Penggerak Lingkungan pada Youtube), Special Event (Ngulik Internal, Ngulik Eksternal, Lari Bareng, Eco Trip), dan Non-Media Connectors (Pelibatan influencer dan aktivis lingkungan). Target khalayak dari program ini yaitu pihak internal Eco Business Indonesia dan masyarakat Tangerang Selatan.


Eco Business Indonesia is a Social Enterpreneurship which engages in the creative field in utilizing plastic waste in a high valued upcycle products. Eco Business Indonesia was established by Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) students due to their concerns to see plastic waste spread around UIN and increasing from day by day. Eco Business Indonesia has a big mission, to make all of Indonesian people have similar awareness on the plastic waste issues, initiated from South Tangerang City. Therefore, a social marketing program Friendly Use of Plastic Waste was formed with the aim of inviting the people of South Tangerang to behave kindly with plastic waste and avoid let plastic waste ignored and ended in the sea which is started from knowing and believing on the issues on plastic waste. There are 3 sub-programs and 10 activities from the Friendly Use of Plastic Waste program, including Social Media Activation (Informative Content on Instagram, Interactive Content on Instagram, Eco Tips on Instagram, Social Experiment on Youtube, Story of Environmentalist on Youtube), Special Events (Ngulik Internal, Ngulik External, Lari Bareng, Eco Trip), and Non-Media Connectors (Engagement of influencers and environmental activists). The target audience of this program are the internal Eco Business Indonesia and people of South Tangerang.
