ABSTRACTKebutuhan energi Indonesia terus meningkat dan harus dipenuhi. Strategi bauran energi adalah salah satu cara yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah untuk mengurangi penggunaan minyak bumi. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan infrastruktur distribusi gas untuk dikonsumsi dalam kegiatan kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan studi kelayakan terkait pembangunan infrastruktur distribusi gas kota untuk sektor rumah tangga dan komersial di wilayah Summarecon Serpong yang adalah kota yang terus berkembang dari segi hunian dan komersial secara pesat. Ditentukan 2 tapping point pada jaringan, sehingga terbagi menjadi 2 sistem perpipaan, yaitu tapping Summarecon Mall Serpong dan Universitas Multimedia Nusantara. Perhitungan teknis dilakukan dengan analisa hidraulik menggunakan piranti lunak. Jaringan pipa menggunakan MRS dan regulator tekanan untuk mengukur laju alir dan menurunkan tekanan pada setiap sistemnya. Pipa yang digunakan adalah pipa baja dan pipa polietilen. Dari 2 sistem yang di rancang pada titik terjauh tekanan adalah 0,12 bar dan 0,29. Bill of quantity dibuat berdasarkan gambar teknis sebagai dasar perhitungan investasi. Harga jual gas yang layak untuk proyek tersebut adalah Rp 9.105 untuk pelanggan rumah tangga dan Rp 6.650 untuk pelanggan komersial. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai NPV 41 milyar rupiah, IRR 11,02%, dan PBP 7,5 tahun.

ABSTRACTIndonesias energy consumption keeps increasing every year. The energy mix strategy is one of the ways that the government implement to reduce the use of fossil fuel. Therefore more infrastructure is needed to increase the consumption of natural gas in everyday activities. The purpose of this study is to obtain the technical design and feasibility study of gas distribution network in Summarecon Serpong which has a high rate of household and commercial sector growth. The study was conducted with a basis of Summarecon Serpongs geographical and population condition. There are 2 tapping points determined on the network, so the network is divided into 2 systems. Technical calculations are carried out with hydraulic analysis using software. The pipe network uses MRS and pressure regulators to measure flow rates and reduce pressure on each system. The pipes used are steel pipes and polyethylene pipes. At the farthest point of the network the pressure is 0.12 bar for Summarecon Mall Serpong system and 0.29 bar for Universitas Multimedia Nusantara system. Technical drawings are based on the results of calculations and contain the required material and isometric drawings. Bill of quantity is based on technical drawings as a basis for calculating investments. The suitable selling price of gas for the project is IDR 9,105 for household customers and IDR 6,650 for commercial customers. This is indicated by the NPV value of 41 billion rupiah, IRR 11.02%, and PBP 7.5 years.
