Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa potensi penerapan metode konsolidasi terhadap paket kiriman online shopping di ruang lingkup kampus. jumlah mahasiswa di suatu kampus yang cukup banyak serta memiliki kecendrungan dalam online, maka sistem pemusatan atau pengkonsolidasian paket kiriman di lingkungan kampus UI dapat menjadi solusi untuk meminimalisasi dampak negatif yang muncul. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan survey sampel dari 1824 mahasiswa UI mewakili setiap fakultas  kemudian dianalisa dengan statistik deskriptif dan metode AHP yang dibantu oleh software Expert Choice 11.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 56% mengalami masalah online shopping di mana 42% berupa keterlambatan pengiriman. Akibat hal tersebut, 51,3%  memilih metode pengiriman terkonsolidasi sebagai solusi dari permasalahan mereka. Menurut mahasiswa UI, waktu merupakan hal terpenting dalam online shopping dengan prioritas 24,7%, dilanjutkan oleh 23,3% kemudahan menggunakan dari pelaksanaan online shopping, kemudian 22,5% aksesibilitas dari pengiriman diikuti oleh biaya 16,4% dan terakhir adalah jarak sebesar 13,2%. Lokasi yang dipilih untuk mengimplementasikan metode pengiriman terkonsolidasi ini adalah Perpustakaan Pusat, Stasiun Pondok Cina dan Stasiun UI dengan alasan memilih adalah karena dekat dengan fakultas tempat berstudi, lokasi tersebut biasa dikunjungi dan searah dengan jalan pulang.

The purpose of this research is to know the students characteristic of online shopping and the potential of the consolidation method application for delivering packages within Universitas Indonesias area. The consolidation method for delivering packages is considered to be a solution to do online shopping in campuss centre where there are large number of students in Universitas Indonesia. The research where done by 1824 respondents of UI students from each faculty by AHP and statistic descriptif methodes with Exert Choice 11 helps.

The result of the research shows that there are 56% of the students who have experienced problems with online shopping with 46% among them was a delayed delivery. The result also shows that 51.3% of the students choose the consolidation method for delivering packages as a solution to their problems with online shopping. According to the students, the most important thing in regard to online shopping is time (24.7%), followed by the easiness of doing the online shopping (23.3%), the accesibility of the delivery (22.5%), cost (16.4%), and distance (13.2%). The students also choose Perpustakaan Pusat, Stasiun Pondok Cina, and Stasiun Universitas Indonesia as the locations to implementing the consolidation delivery with reasons such as closer to their faculties, the accessibility of the location, and in the same direction as their homes.
