Tulisan ini membahas mengenai pola korupsi kepala daerah yang terjadi selama periode tahun 2012 hingga 2018. Tujuan dari tulisan ini yaitu menguraikanpola korupsi yang dilakukan oleh kepala daerah yang dilihat dari indikator pola tipe, bidang, modus, korban, kerugian, pelaku, dan reaksi hukum. Pola-pola tersebut mengikuti pola-pola yang ada pada penelitian Mustofa pada tahun 2010 tentang pola white collar crime di Indonesia. Tulisan ini menemukan 65 kasus korupsi kepala daerah di Indonesia selama periode tahun 2012 hingga 2018. Berdasarkan data tersebut, penulis akan melakukan analisis dan mencari tahu pola-pola hubungan yang relatif teratur pada pelaku korupsi yang terjadi selama periode tahun 2012 hingga 2018 secara kriminologis. Tugas karya akhir ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan untuk melihat pola korupsi di masa yang akan datang dan membantu dalam pembentukan strategi pencegahan kejahatan korupsi.

This paper discusses about the pattern of district head corruption that occurred during the period of 2012 to 2018. The purpose of this paper is to describe the pattern of corruption carried out by district heads as seen from the indicators of patterns of types, fields, modes, victims, offenders and legal reactions . These patterns follow the patterns in Mustofa's research in 2010 about the pattern of the white collar crime in Indonesia. This paper found 65 corruption cases of district heads in Indonesia during the period 2012 to 2018. Based on these data, the authors will conduct an analysis and find out the relatively regular patterns of relations in the perpetrators of corruption that occurred criminologically during the period of 2012 to 2018. The task of this final work is expected to be a reference to see patterns of corruption in the future and help in the formation of prevention strategies for corruption.
