Tesis ini menganalisis keterlibatan korporasi dalam pendanaan terorisme dan juga mekanisme penggalangan dan pengelolaan dana pada dua entitas yaitu Komite Penanggulangan Krisis (KOMPAK) dan Azzam Dakwah Center (ADC). Dua korporasi ini berada di dalam dua periode yang berbeda, namun keduanya memiliki kesamaan yaitu bertindak sebagai Korporasi Selubung dari korporasi induknya yaitu Al Jamaah Al Islamiyah (JI) dan Jamaah Anshor Daulah (JAD). Keduanya juga melakukan penggalangan dana dari masyarakat dan menyalurkannya untuk kebutuhan aksi terorisme. Peneliti memperkenalkan istilah "Korporasi Selubung" dalam penelitian ini.Peneliti melakukan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus terhadap data-data dan juga menggunakan landasan teori Fraud Diamond (TFD) dan teori masyarakat jaringan Manuel Castells untuk menganalisis keterlibatan Korporasi Selubung dalam pendanaan terorisme. Selain itu peneliti juga menggunakan upaya proses penggentaran dengan pendekatan postmodern sebagai upaya pencegahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan Korporasi Selubung dengan manipulasi bantuan kemanusiaan dan sosial keagamaan merupakan cara penggalangan dana yang terus berkembang dan dimanfaatkan oleh teroris sebagai sumber pendanaan terorisme. Penelitianini memberikan saran atas perlunya kepastian hukum dalam penerapan prinsip freeze without delay berdasarkan daftar terduga teroris dan organisasi teroris, beserta perlunya penerapan sistem berbasis teknologi Blockchain untuk mencegah keterlibatan korporasi dalam pendanaan terorisme.

This thesis analyzes the involvement of corporations in terrorism financing and also the mechanism of raising and managing funds in two entities, namely the Crisis Management Committee (KOMPAK) and Azzam Dakwah Center (ADC). These two corporations are in two different periods, but both have similarities, namely acting as a Cover Corporation from its parent corporation, namely Al Jamaah Al Islamiyah (JI) and Jamaah Anshor Daulah (JAD). Both of them also raise funds from the community and channelled them for the needs of terrorism. The researcher introduced the term "Cover Corporation" in this thesis. The researcher conducted qualitative research with a case study method on the data and also used the Fraud Diamond (TFD) theoretical foundation and Manuel Castells` network society theory to analyze the involvement of Cover Corporations in terrorism financing. In addition, the researcher also use the deterrence process with postmodern approach as a preventative measure. The results of the study indicate the use of Cover Corporations under the manipulation of humanitarian aid and social religious act is a way of raising funds that continues to develop and be used by terrorists as a source for terrorism financing. The results of the study also indicate the need for legal certainty in the application of the principle of freeze without delay based on the domestic list of suspected terrorists and terrorist organizations, along with the need to implement blockchain technology-based system to prevent corporation`s involvement in terrorism financing.
