ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas tentang hubungan konsentrasi PM 2,5 di lingkungan kerja Pengasapan Ikan Bandarharjo, Kota Semarang. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pekerja pengasapan ikan Bandarharjo, pengumpulan data terkait fungsi paru dilakukan pengukuran terhadap kapasitas fungsi paru, dan karakteristik pekerja dilakukan dengan wawancara. Sementara pemeriksaan konsentrasi PM 2,5 di lingkungan kerja pengasapan ikan dilakukan pengukuran sampel udara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa secara statistik tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara konsentrasi PM 2,5 dengan gangguan fungsi paru pekerja pengasapan ikan Bandarharjo, namun secara substantsi disebutkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin, status gizi, riwayat penyakit dan status merokok.
ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses the relationship of PM 2.5 concentration at work environment of Bandarharjo Fish Smoked, Kota Semarang. The sample in this study is Bandarharjo fish smoking workers, data collection related to pulmonary function was measured on lung function capacity, and worker characteristics were carried out by interview, and concentration of PM 2.5 in the working environment of fish smoked was measured by air samples. This research is quantitative research with cross sectional design. The results based on statistically there was no significant relationship between PM 2.5 concentration and the pulmonary function of Bandarharjo fish smoked workers, but based on substantially it was stated that there was a relationship between sex, nutritional status, disease history and smoking status.
