Di Indonesia, penerapan 10 Langkah Menuju Sukses Menyusui (LMKM) merupakan salah satu upaya menyukseskan program ASI Eksklusif. RSSIB diluncurkan untuk mendukung program peningkatan cakupan angka menyusui eksklusif yang mengadopsi beberapa langkah LMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi ibu tentang Penerapan 10 LMKM. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan pengambilan sampel secara consecutive sampling pada 105 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan satu jenis kuesioner. Hasil yang diperoleh lebih banyak responden yang memiliki persepsi baik tentang pelaksanaan 10 LMKM sehingga terlihat sebanyak 68,5% dari total responden merasakan dampak program. Tenaga kesehatan mampu melaksanakan 10 program LMKM untuk mencapai cakupan ASI Eksklusif yang ditargetkan.

In Indonesia, the implementation of 10 Steps to Successful Breastfeeding (LMKM) is one of the efforts to make the exclusive breastfeeding program successful. The RSSIB was launched to support the program to increase coverage of exclusive breastfeeding rates which adopted several LMKM measures. This study aims to determine the perceptions of mothers about the application of 10 LMKM. The research design used in this study was cross sectional with consecutive sampling of 105 respondents. Data collection using one type of questionnaire. The results obtained were more respondents who had good perceptions about the implementation of 10 LMKM, so it was seen that 68.5% of the total respondents felt the impact of the program. Health workers are able to implement 10 LMKM programs to achieve targeted exclusive breastfeeding coverage.
