Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pelaksanaan Skrining Riwayat Kesehatan di BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Jakarta Selatan. Skrining Riwayat Kesehatan merupakan bentuk deteksi dini untuk suatu penyakit kronis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui capaian kegiatan Skrining Riwayat Kesehatan di tahun 2018.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya masalah dari sisi komunikasi, sumber daya, sikap implementor, dan implementasi kegiatan Skrining Riwayat Kesehatan. Peneliti menyarankan untuk BPJS Kesehatan harus melakukan sosialisasi Skrining Riwayat Kesehatan kepada seluruh peserta melalui berbagai media seperti TV, Youtube, dan media sosial lain, melakukan perencanaan SDM, memaksimalkan penggunaan fitur Skrining Riwayat Kesehatan di Mobile JKN dan Website BPJS Kesehatan.

The focus of this study is the Implementation of Health Historical Screening at BPJS Kesehatan, Branch Office, South Jakarta, 2018. Health Historical Screening is a form of early detection for a chronic diseases. The purpose of this study is to find out the achievement of Health Historical Screening in 2018. This research is qualitative descriptive interpretive. Research result indicate that there are issues regarding of communication, resources, the attitude of implementor, and the implementation of health historical screening. The researcher suggests that BPJS Kesehatan must conduct the health historical screening to all participants through various media such as TV, Youtube, and other social media, do Human Resources planning, maximize the use of  health historical screening features on Mobile JKN and the BPJS Health Website.
