ABSTRAK
Archival matters have been the most important part in almost all activities in The Center of Plant Conservation Botanical Garden Indonesia Institute of Science (Pusat Konservasi Tumbuhan Kebun Raya - LIPI. With times, various documents in the form of official letters and reports has been increasing in numbers in accordance with high intense official activities, when space is limited or even no longer available this create a storage problem. Establishment of more efficient dynamic archival database system is needed to replace manual system currently used. Application of electronic or digital system is expected to improve archives management and service quality in terms of information loss, delay or any other obstruction.
