ABSTRACTTesis ini membahas penerapan konsep shared learning di Perpustakaan Kementerian PUPR yang dapat dilihat dari desain, layanan, fasilitas, dan kegiatan yang diadakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus menggunakan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Perpustakaan Kementerian PUPR telah berhasil menerapkan pembelajaran bersama. Buat ruangan sesuai dengan kriteria fungsional, mudah disesuaikan, diakses, bervariasi, interaktif, kondusif, kompatibel dengan lingkungan, aman dan terkendali, efisien, menggunakan teknologi informasi, dan memiliki desain yang baik. Layanan dan fasilitas yang dibuat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pengguna, yaitu Ada layanan pendidikan, layanan rujukan, loker, wifi, ruang tamu, area kerja komputer, area pengumpulan, area baca, ruang baca anak, ruang diskusi, ruang baca VIP, audio visual ruang, ruang pustakawan, dan dapur. Kegiatan itu diadakan review buku dan pelatihan pustakawan. Persetujuan Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Pekerjaan Umum menjadi yang ketiga.
