ABSTRAKVirus hepatitis B merupakan jenis hepatitis yang paling banyak terjadi di Indonesia. Ibu hamil menjadi salah satu populasi yang berisiko mengalami VHB. Penularan VHB dapat terjadi ke janin atau bayi selama fase perinatal (saat hamil dan sesaat atau setelah persalinan), yang mengakibatkan terjadinya hepatitis akut dan kemungkinan menjadi VHB kronis carrier. Pada bayi yang lahir dari ibu yang memiliki HBsAg reaktif tanpa intervensi, memiliki risiko terinfeksi VHB secara perinatal sebesar 90%. Pemberian terapi imunoprofilaksis menjadi salah satu intervensi kontrol infeksi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya penularan MTCT VHB dari ibu ke janin atau bayi baru lahir. Pemberian ASI eksklusif pada juga berperan penting dengan melihat kandungan dari ASI itu sendiri, yang mengandung antibodi, faktor kekebalan, enzim, dan sel darah putih yang berperan dalam melindungi bayi dari berbagai penyakit dan infeksi. Karya tulis ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis intervensi keperawatan kontrol infeksi dan konseling laktasi untuk mencegah penularan infeksi MTCT VHB dalam kehamilan hepatitis B. Hasil evaluasi intervensi keperawatan yang telah dilakukan Ny. N didapatkan hasil bahwa masalah keperawatan risiko infeksi pada janin atau bayi baru lahir dapat teratasi dengan melakukan kontrol infeksi dan konseling laktasi dari fase antenatal, intranatal, sampai postnatal. Oleh karena hal tersebut, karya tulis ilmiah ini merekomendasikan perlu dilakukannya kelas edukasi prenatal pada ibu dengan kehamilan hepatitis B.

ABSTRACT

The hepatitis B virus is the most common type of hepatitis in Indonesia. Pregnant women are one of the populations at risk of developing HBV. HBV transmission can occur to the fetus or baby during the perinatal phase (during pregnancy and momentarily or after labor), which results in the occurrence of acute hepatitis and the possibility of becoming a chronic HBV carrier. Infants born from mothers who have HBsAg reactive without intervention have a perinatal risk of HBV infection by 90%. Giving immunoprophylaxis therapy is one of the infection control interventions that can be done to prevent the transmission of MTCT VHB from mother to fetus or newborn. The provision of exclusive breastfeeding also plays an important role by looking at the content of breast milk itself, which contains antibodies, immune factors, enzymes, and white blood cells that play a role in protecting babies from various diseases and infections. This scientific paper aims to analyze nursing control, infection control, intervention nursing and lactation counseling to prevent transmission of MTCT HBV infection in hepatitis B pregnancy. The results of evaluation of nursing interventions that have been done by Mrs. N found that nursing risk of infection risk in the fetus or newborn can be overcome by controlling infection and lactation counseling from the antenatal, intranatal, to postnatal phases. Because of this, the scientific paper recommends prenatal education classes for mothers with hepatitis B pregnancy.
