Penelitian ini berfokus pada implementasi program SR HAM di Sekolah Menengah Atas X sebagai desain lingkungan sosial mesosistem perlindungan anak dari kekerasan di sekolah. Program Sekolah Ramah HAM (SR HAM) merupakan sebuah program yang dibuat lembaga negara dalam hal ini komnas HAM, sebagai upaya perwujudan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan perspektif perlindungan anak, teori kriminologi kesejahteraan dan human ecology system. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa perwujudan program SR HAM masih belum terwujud dengan optimal sesuai dengan ranah mesosistem perlindungan anak pada indikator SR HAM yakni area kebijakan dan manajemen sekolah terkait penyebaran nilai-nilai intoleran, kurikulum dan ekstrakulikuler.
This research focuses on implementing child protection from increasing cases of violence at schools. SR HAM is a program which designed by Komnas HAM as a concern to humanity at school. The goal of this programs to descrease the number of violence among the children at school. This research conducted by qualitative method case study. The interview was done by interviewing the student at SMAN X Jakarta and people who have been working there. The result of this research shows that the implementension of SR HAM has some problems in accordance, the results of this study indicate that the realization of the SR HAM program has not been realized optimally in accordance with the realm of child protection in the SR HAM indicator namely the area of policy and management school related to the spread of intolerant, curriculum and extracurricular values with the mesosystem environmental design in human ecology systems theory and welfare criminology with child protection perpective.
