Latar Belakang. Beberapa hal terkait proses penyembuhan luka di pengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor eksternal yang terdiri lingkungan, peralatan kesehatan, petugas kesehatan yang melakukan perawatan luka. Tindakan perawatan luka akan berkualitas apabila dalam pelaksanaannya selalu mengacu pada prosedur yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan perawat dalam perawatan luka di ruang perawatan bedah tahun 2019. Metode Penelitian. Desain yang digunakan adalah deskriptif obsevasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional .Jumlah Sampel adalah 26 orang yang diambil dengan teknik total
sampling. Analisa data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis data univariat. Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat kepatuhan sedang sebanyak 53,8 % dan kepatuhan baik sebanyak 46,2 % serta didapatkan pula hasil bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki ketidakpatuhan pada
aspek umum SOP perawatan luka sebanyak 62,5%, sedangkan untuk aspek khusus dari SOP perawatan luka didapatkan hasil bahwa seluruh responden (100%) memiliki tingkat kepatuhan baik.. Saran. Disarankan kepada seluruh perawat lebih meningkatkan dan peduli terhadap pentingnya pelaksanaan aspek khusus maupun aspek umum dari
standar operasional prosedur perawatan luka, dan Rumah Sakit secara berkala mensosialisasikan kembali standar operasional prosedur perawatan luka kepada perawat.
Background. Several things related to the process of wound healing are influenced by internal and external factors. External factors consisting of the environment, medical equipment, health workers who perform wound care. Wound care measures will be of quality if in their implementation always refers to established procedures.Objective.
This study aims to determine the level of nurse compliance in wound care in surgical ward in 2019. Research Methods. The design used was descriptive observational with cross sectional approach. The number of samples was 26 people taken by total sampling technique. Data analysis carried out in this study is univariate data analysis. Conclusion.
The results of the study found that most of the respondents had moderate compliance rates of 53.8% and good compliance of 46.2%, and it was also found that the majority of respondents had non-compliance with the general aspects of wound care SOP as
much as 62.5%, whereas for specific aspects of SOP for wound care showed that all respondents (100%) had good compliance. Suggestion. It is recommended that all nurses improve and care for the importance of implementing specific aspects as well as general aspects of the standard operating procedures for wound care and the Hospital periodically re-socializes the standard operating procedures for wound care to nurses.
