 Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang manajemen persediaan barang MRO di Depo salah satu perusahaan transportasi berbasis rel yang baru komersil berjalan di Jakarta. Permasalahan terjadi pada masa-masa awal pengembangan dimana barang yang memiliki pola permintaan irregular memiliki potensi besar atas timbulnya biaya tambahan apabila belum dibentuk model persediaan yang tepat. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan model persediaan yang memberikan total biaya minimal dengan variabel keputusan di dalam model yang optimal. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian mencakup klasifikasi persediaan, peramalan, dan perhitungan variabel keputusan. Dengan menggunakan 3 model persediaan utama ((s,S),(R,S), dan (R,s,S)) yang memiliki metode penentuan variabel keputusanya masing-masing, hasil simulasi TPOP (Time Phased Order Point) terhadap 8 sampel item untuk perhitungan total biaya menunjukan penuruan sebesar 7% s.d 95% dari total biaya rencana pemesanan perusahaan

This study discusses about the inventory management of MRO goods in a Warehouse of Companys’s Depot, the object of this studies is one of the new commercial rail-based transportation companies running in Jakarta. Problems occur in the early days of development where goods that have irregular demand patterns have great potential for additional costs if an appropriate inventory model has not been established. This research aims to obtain an inventory model that provides a minimum total cost with the optimal decision variables. The research stages carried out in this study include: the classification of inventory model, forecasting, and calculation of decision variables. By using 3 main inventory models ((s, S), (R, S), and (R, s, S)) that have their respective decision variable determination methods, the results of the TPOP simulation (Time Phased Order Point) for total calculation the cost represents the reduction of 8 sample items at 7% to 95% of the total cost of the company ordering plan
