Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi keberlanjutan program CSR perusahaan induk,  dimana memungkinkan perusahaan membuat regulasi sosial secara otonom di era neoliberalisme pasar. Keberlanjutan program CSR masih sulit dicapai karena sinergi antara perusahaan induk dengan fasilitator program belum optimal. Hal ini disebabkan rendahnya tingkat partisipasi komunitas dan sinergi antara fasilitator dengan komunitas. Model evaluasi CSR secara umum dapat dipetakan menjadi tiga kategori yaitu berdasarkan skala perusahaan, model program CSR, dan karakteristik komunitas. Kekurangan model evaluasi CSR terletak pada tidak kompatibelnya karakteristik komunitas perkotaan dengan keberlanjutan program CSR. Penulis berargumen bahwa keberlanjutan program CSR perusahaan induk dapat dicapai apabila model evaluasi yang digunakan mempertimbangkan aspek modal sosial dan partisipasi komunitas. Model evaluasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan wawancara mendalam yang melibatkan pemanfaat dan non pemanfaat program CSR Kampung Berseri Astra (KBA) di Bakti Jaya Depok. Berdasarkan temuan dan hasil uji regresi, baik tingkat modal sosial dan tingkat partisipasi secara signifikan mempengaruhi tingkat keberlanjutan program dengan kekuatan hubungan sedang. Penemuan menarik lainnya adalah selain modal sosial dan partisipasi, adanya fasilitas yang menunjang dan bantuan dari pemerintah daerah turut berkontribusi dalam keberlanjutan program selama ini.

This study discusses the sustainability of the holding company`s CSR program, which allows companies to make social regulations in the era of market neoliberalism. Sustainability of CSR programs are still difficult to achieve because the synergy between the holding company and the program facilitators is not optimal. This results in a low level of community participation and synergy between the facilitator and the community. CSR evaluation models can generally be mapped into three categories based on company scale, CSR model programs, and community characteristics. The weakness of the CSR evaluation model often lies in the incompatibility of the characteristics of urban communities with the sustainability of CSR programs. The author argues that the sustainability of holding company`s CSR program can be achieved if the evaluation model consider the aspects of social capital and community participation. The evaluation program in this study uses quantitative research methods and in-depth interviews involving the beneficiary and non-beneficiary of Kampung Berseri Astra (KBA) in Bakti Jaya Depok. Based on the findings and results of the regression test, both the level of social capital and the level of participation were significant to influence the levels of program sustainability, with moderate strength of relationship. Other interesting discoveries besides social capital and participation, the existence of supporting facilities and assistance from local governments have contributed to the sustainability program in the recent years.
