Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis karakteristik lokasi RPTRA berdasarkan site dan situation, serta untuk menganalisis intensitas, aktivitas dan perserpsi pengunjung terhadap karakteristik lokasi RPTRA di Kecamatan Cakung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan skoring dengan analisis komparasi dan spasial deskriptif. Analisis komparasi digunakan untuk membandingkan karakteristik lokasi RPTRA yang diteliti berdasarkan aspek site dan situation, analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menjelaskan intensitas kunjungan, aktivitas di dalam RPTRA dan persepsi pengunjung terhadap karakteristik lokasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu karakteristik lokasi RPTRA yang paling dominan dengan tipe "Sangat Sesuai dan Cukup Baik bagi Anak" yang memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang sangat sesuai dan klasifikasi situation penggunaan tanah sangat baik, jenis jalan cukup mudah dan mudah, jarak dekat dan cukup dekat, serta waktu tempuh cepat dan sedang. Selain itu, tidak terdapat hubungan antara intensitas, aktivitas dan persepsi terhadap karakteristik lokasi RPTRA di Kecamatan Cakung, dikarenakan seluruh tipe karakteristik lokasi RPTRA di Kecamatan Cakung memiliki persepsi baik dari pengunjung, dan hanya terdapat dua tipe karakteristik lokasi RPTRA yang memiliki persepsi sangat baik dari pengunjung.

Besides, there is no relationship between intensity, activity, and perception of the characteristics of RPTRA locations in Cakung District, because all types of characteristics of RPTRA locations in Cakung District have good perceptions of visitors, and there are only two types of characteristics of RPTRA locations that have very good perceptions of visitors.
