Skripsi ini dibuat untuk menganalisis akad yang terjadi di dalam transaksi dompetelektronik atau electronic wallet (e-wallet). Objek yang dipilih dalam penelitian iniadalah e-wallet pada penyedia jasa transportasi online yaitu Gopay sebagai e-walletdari Gojek yang paling banyak digunakan masyarakat Indonesia. Analisis dilakukandengan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk melihat apa saja akad yang bisa terjadi didalam transaksi e-wallet dan pengaruhnya terhadap pengguna maupun pekerja.Penelitian ini juga didukung dengan wawancara kepada pihak yang terkait denganpraktik e-wallet dan ahli pada bidang tersebut. Hasil analisis ini menyimpulkanbahwa akad yang terdapat pada e-wallet dapat berupa pinjaman, titipan, dan sewadibayar di muka.

This thesis was made to analyze the contract of transactions that occurs in electronic

wallet (e-wallet). The object chosen in this study is the e-wallet on the online

transportation service provider, namely Gopay as the e-wallet from Gojek, which is

most used by Indonesian people. The analysis was conducted using a descriptive

qualitative method to see what contracts can occur in e-wallet transactions and their

effects on users and workers. This research was also supported by interviews with

parties related to e-wallet practices and experts in the field. The results of this

analysis conclude that the contract contained in the e-wallet can be in the form of loans, deposits, and rent paid in advance.
