Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pandemi virus covid 19 terhadap konsumsi listrik pelanggan pada PLN Rayon Unit Layanan Pelanggan (ULP) Cikembar Kabupaten Sukabumi. Pandemi virus covid 19 menyebabkan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi dan PLN mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk menekan laju pertumbuhan covid 19 yang menyebabkan perubahan pola hidup masyarakat dan konsumsi energi listrik pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode ARIMA Time Series dengan pemodelan intervensi step function. Data konsumsi listrik pelanggan menggunakan data Januari 2016 hingga Agustus 2020 dengan periode intervensi mulai Maret 2020 saat kebijakan kegiatan belajar mengajar dilakukan dari rumah. Dari pemodelan intervensi step function akan diketahui bahwa jenis konsumsi listrik pelanggan apakah dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan pemerintah, musiman, atau tidak dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan pemerintah serta dari data tersebut dapat dibuat perkiraan beban pemakaian listrik untuk periode berikutnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi listrik pelanggan rumah tangga terdampak pada kebijakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi dan PLN dengan error forecast sebesar 3.732%, penurunan penjualan kWh Pelanggan industri hanya efek musiman dengan error forecast sebesar 22.077%, penurunan penjualan Total kWh hanya efek musiman dengan error forecast sebesar 8.09%, dan konsumsi listrik sosial, bisnis, dan pemerintahan tidak berdampak pada kebijakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi dan PLN karena tidak sesuai secara teoritis ketika kebijakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi diterapkan maka konsumsi listrik pelanggan sosial, bisnis, dan pemerintah akan berkurang.

A study to determine the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the electricity consumption of customers at the PLN Rayon Customer Service Unit (ULP) Cikembar Sukabumi District. The Covid 19 pandemic caused the Sukabumi District Government and PLN to issue policies to reduce the growth rate of Covid 19 which led to changes in people's lifestyles and the consumption of electricity for customers. The method used in this study uses the ARIMA Time Series method with step function intervention modeling. Customer electricity consumption data uses data from January 2016 to August 2020 with an intervention period starting March 2020 when the policy for teaching and learning activities is carried out from home. From the step function intervention modeling, it will be seen that the type of electricity consumption of customers is influenced by government policies, seasonal, or not influenced by government policies, and from this data, an estimate of the electricity consumption load for the next period can be made. The results show that the electricity consumption of household customers is affected by the policies of the Sukabumi District Government and PLN with an error forecast of 3,732%, the decrease in kWh sales for industrial customers is only a seasonal effect with an error forecast of 22,077%, the decrease in total kWh sales is only a seasonal effect with an error forecast of 8.09%, and social, business and government electricity consumption does not have an impact on the policies of the Sukabumi District Government and PLN because it is not theoretically appropriate when the Sukabumi District Government policy is implemented, the electricity consumption of social customers, business and government will decrease
