Kabupaten Garut adalah salah satu destinasi wisata unggulan di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Salah satu wisata unggulan yang terdapat pada Kabupaten garut adalah wisata air panas yang terdapat pada Kecamatan Tarogong Kaler dan Kecamatan Pasirwangi. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perkembangan fasilitas pariwisata dan juga faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhinya di Kecamatan Tarogong Kaler, Tarogong Kidul, dan Pasirwangi, Kabupaten Garut pada tahun 1995 dan 2019. Variabel yang ada pada penelitian ini adalah perkembangan fasilitas pariwisata dan juga aksesibilitas yang terdiri dari jenis jalan dan moda transportasi. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis spasial dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perkembangan fasilitas pariwisata baik fasilitas primer dan juga fasilitas sekunder pada wilayah penelitian. Kecamatan yang memiliki perkembangan tertinggi adalah Kecamatan Tarogong Kaler dan yang terendah adalah Kecamatan Tarogong Kidul. Berdasarkan hasil Cross-Tab, Faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan fasilitas pariwisata adalah aksesibilitas terutama jenis jalan.

Garut Regency is one of leading tourist destinations in West Java Province. One of the leading tourist destination in Garut Regency is hot spring tourism in the Tarogong Kaler District and Pasirwangi District. The purpose of this research is to ascertain the development of tourism facilities and also what factors influence it in the Tarogong Kaler, Tarogong Kidul, and Pasirwangi District, Garut Regency, in 1995 and 2019. The variables in this study are the development of tourism facilities and also accessibility which consist types of road and modes of transportation. The analysis in this research are spatial and descriptive. The result of this research shows that there is a development of tourism facilities, both primary and secondary facilities in the research area. The district that has the highest development is Tarogong Kaler District and the lowest is Tarogong Kidul District. Based on the Cross-Tab, the factors that influence the development of tourism facilities are accessibility especially the type of road.
