Indonesia merupakan negara tertinggi kasus Tuberculosis ke 2 pada tahun 2020. Dalam empat tahun terakhir angka penemuan kasus di Kab. Sidoarjo masih <75%. Sehingga penelitian ini untuk menganalisis capaian penemuan kasus TBC paru di Puskesmas dengan angka penemuan kasus tertinggi dan terendah di Wilayah Kabupaten Sidoarjo tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni-Juli 2021. Hasil penelitian dari sisi input memiliki tenaga kesehatan yang cukup, sarana prasarana dan pendanaan yang memadai serta telah memiliki SOP pada setiap pelaksanaannya, namun untuk pelatihan SDM pada puskesmas penemuan kasus terendah 2 PJ program TB masih belum mendapatkan pelatihan dikarenakan baru memegang program TB. Dari sisi proses terdapat strategi pada kegiatan promosi kesehatan, penemuan kasus dengan menggunakan strategi pasif dan aktif, serta pencatatan dan pelaporan yang telah menggunakan SITB berbasis web yang ditunjang dengan formulir baku, namun terdapat kelemahan kurangnya sosialisasi kepada para kader TBC pada puskesmas dengan angka penemuan kasus terendah. Sisi Output cakupan penemuan kasus pada triwulan 1 masih jauh dari target yang ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menyarankan perlu adanya sosialisasi kembali terhadap para kader, adanya pemetaan kembali bagi tenaga kesehatan yang belum mendapatkan pelatihan, serta melakukan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat tanpa bertemu secara langsung.

So this study is to analyze the achievement of pulmonary Tuberculosis case finding at the public health center with the highest and lowest case finding rates in the Sidoarjo Regency in 2021. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study design. Held in June-July 2021. The results of the research from the input side have sufficient health personnel, adequate infrastructure and funding and already have a standart operational prosedur for each implementation, but for training human resources at the public health center, the lowest case finding 2 person of responsible in Tuberculosis program still has not received training because they are new to join the program. From the process side there are strategies for health promotion activities, case finding using passive and active strategies, as well as recording and reporting that have used web-based SITB supported by standard forms, but there is a weakness in the lack of socialization to Community health worker TB at the Public health center with lowest case finding rates. The output side of the coverage of case finding in the first quarter is still far from the specified target. The results of the study suggest that there is a need for re-socialization of Community health worker TB, re-mapping for health workers who have not received training, and conducting outreach to the community without meeting in person.
