Latar Belakang : Fatigue merupakan masalah yang menurunkan kualitas hidup dan terjadi pada sekitar 54-98% pasien gagal jantung. Fatigue mengganggu kemampuan individu untuk berfungsi dan melakukan aktivitas harian secara normal. Aktivasi saraf simpatis dan penarikan saraf parasimpatis merupakan ciri utama sindrom gagal jantung yang menjadi faktor pemicu perubahan-perubahan progresif pada bagian-bagian perifer tubuh. Terapi akupresur pada acopoints Shenmen, Zusanly dan Neiguan dapat menghambat aktivasi saraf simpatis dan mengaktifkan saraf para simpatis. Tujuan : mengetaui pengaruh akupresur pada acopoints Shenmen, Zusanly dan Neiguan terhadap penurunan level fatigue pada pasien gagal jantung yang menjalani rawat jalan. Desain Penelitian : penelitian kuantitatif dengan quasi experiment pre and post test with control group design dengan jumlah sampel total 40 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Mann-Withney U test , Wilcoxon test, Pooled t test. Hasil : Analisis data menunjukkan rata-rata level fatigue tidak berdaan secara signifikant pada pada kelompok intervensi dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol setelah dilakukan akupresur. Rata-rata level fatigue setelah dilakukan terapi akupresure pada kelompok intervensi menurun secara signifikant pada kelompok intervensi (p = 0,000). Kesimpulan : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terapi akupresur pada kelompok intervensi secara klinis dapat menurunkan level fatigue pada penderita gagal jantung (p = 0,000) namun jika dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol hasil uji statistik membuktikan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikant (p = 0,104).

Background : Fatigue is a problem that reduces the quality of life and occurs in about 54-98% of patients with heart failure. Fatigue interferes with an individual's ability to function and perform normal daily activities. Sympathetic nerve activation and parasympathetic retraction are the main features of the heart failure syndrome that trigger progressive changes in the peripheral parts of the body. Acupressure therapy on Shenmen, Zusanly and Neiguan acopoints can inhibit sympathetic nerve activation and activate parasympathetic nerves. Objective : to investigated the effect of acupressure on Shenmen, Zusanly and Neiguan acupoints on reducing fatigue levels in outpatients with heart failure. Design Study : quantitative research with a quasi-experimental pre and post test with control group design with a total sample of 40 respondents. Data analysis using Mann-Withney U test, Wilcoxon test, Pooled t test. Result : Data analysis showed that the average level of fatigue was not significantly different in the intervention group compared to the control group after acupressure was performed. The average level of fatigue after acupressure therapy in the intervention group decreased significantly in the intervention group (p = 0,000). Conclusion : The results of this study indicate that acupressure therapy in the clinical intervention group can reduce fatigue levels in patients with heart failure (p = 0.000) but when compared with the control group, the results of statistical tests prove that there is no significant difference (p = 0,104).
