Penelitian ini memperluas konsep therapeutic landscape dalam geografi kesehatan dengan menguraikan pola ruang sehat pasien PPOK. Karakteristik pasien seperti usia dan diagnosa klinis, serta tiga aspek therapeutic landscape dalam perilaku keruangan pasien membentuk pola ruang. Dengan melibatkan 30 responden, pasien menjelaskan aktivitas dan tempat-tempat terkait pemeliharaan kesehatan dari aspek fisik, aspek mental, aspek spiritual kemudian diperkaya dengan deskripsi site dan situation pada tempat tersebut. Sehingga dapat menjelaskan bagaimana ruang tersebut dan pola spasialnya. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pola ruang sehat tidak hanya terbentuk dari kedua variabel, melainkan kedekatan antar tempat, situasi lingkungan di sekitar tempat yang memiliki keseragaman, dan karakteristik tempat itu sendiri.

This research expands the therapeutic landscape concept in health geography by describing the healthy space patterns of COPD patients. Patient characteristics such as age and clinical diagnosis, as well as three aspects of the therapeutic landscape in the patient's spatial behavior form the spatial pattern. By involving 30 respondents, patients explain the activities and places related to health care from physical aspects, mentality aspects, spirituality aspects and then enriched with a description of the site and situation at the place involved.
