Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas Uap (PLTGU) berperan penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan listrik masyarakat. Namun, terdapat beberapa masalah seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, perubahan lingkungan alam dan sosial yang dapat mempengaruhi keberlanjutan PLTGU. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan kerangka evaluasi keberlanjutan PLTGU yang meliputi dimensi lingkungan, sosial dan ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat model evaluasi keberlanjutan PLTGU dengan menggunakan pendekatan Triple Bottom Line dan menggunakan model tersebut untuk mengetahui tingkat keberlanjutan PLTGU. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keberlanjutan PLTGU pada dimensi lingkungan, sosial dan ekonomi berturut turut adalah 39%, 19%, dan 17% dengan jumlah nilai 75%. Berdasarkan nilai pada ketiga dimensi tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kondisi keberlanjutan PLTGU Tanjung Priok berada pada kondisi sustainable.

Combined Cycle Power Generation (PLTGU) plays an important role in meeting the electricity needs of the community. However, there are several problems along with technological developments, changes in the natural and social environment that can affect the sustainability of the PLTGU. Therefore, a PLTGU sustainability evaluation framework is needed which includes environmental, social, and economic dimensions. The purpose of this study is to create a model for evaluating the sustainability of the PLTGU using the Triple Bottom Line approach and using this model to determine the level of sustainability of the PLTGU. This study used a quantitative approach with the method of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results show that the sustainability performance of PLTGU on the environmental, social, and economic dimensions were 39%, 19%, and 17%, respectively, with a total score of 75%. Based on the scores for these three dimensions, it can be concluded that the sustainability condition of the Tanjung Priok PLTGU is in sustainable condition.
