Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi memiliki peran penting terhadap perkembangan ekonomi di Indonesia. Seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman, kebutuhan akan jaringan untuk mengakses internet bertambah tingkat permintaannya. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan bertambahnya permintaan pembangunan infrastruktur tower telekomunikasi sebagai prasarana operator-operator telekomunikasi di Indonesia untuk mengembangkan usaha mereka. Namun, dengan perkembangan tingginya pembangunan Infrastruktur tersebut tidak menutup kemungkinan akan risiko terhadap keselamatan pekerja. Kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi pada PT X terbilang cukup tinggi berdasarkan data accident dengan jumlah kecelakaan kerja mencapai 98 kasus per tahun 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran iklim keselamatan pada konstruksi Tower Telekomunikasi PT X yang terdiri dari, bentuk kesadaran keselamatan kerja pada pemilik usaha dan penyedia jasa, bentuk perilaku keselamatan kerja dari para pekerja pada pemilik usaha dan penyedia jasa, serta mengetahui, dan mengatasi kendala atau hambatan terhadap konsep tersebut dengan harapan dapat mengurangi jumlah Nearmiss, FAC, dan MTC. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah sampling kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, validasi content & construct, pilot survey kemudian survey responden, questionnaire, selanjutnya dilakukan olahan hasil data questionnaire, hingga Analisa akhir dan validasi pakar. Peniliti berharap agar penelitian ini menjadi improvement terhadap safety performance dalam pembangunan menara Telekomunikasi di Indonesia.

This study aims to describe the safety climate in the construction of PT X Telecommunication Tower which consists of, a form of work safety awareness among business owners and service providers, forms of work safety behavior from workers to business owners and service providers, as well as knowing, and overcoming obstacles or obstacles to the concept with the hope of reducing the number of Nearmiss, FAC, and MTC. The research method used is sampling followed by validity and reliability testing, content & construct validation, pilot survey then survey respondents, questionnaire, then processed data questionnaire results, to final analysis and expert validation. Researchers hope that this research will improve safety performance in the construction of telecommunications towers in Indonesia.
