Dampak fenomena work from home (WFH) berbeda-beda di industri di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor kunci, alternatif, dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja di industri petrokimia Indonesia. Pada tahap awal, akan dilakukan studi literatur untuk mengidentifikasi faktor kunci peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja di industri petrokimia di masa pandemi. Tahap kedua adalah menentukan tingkat kepentingan masing-masing tingkat struktur hierarki dengan pembobotan perbandingan berpasangan untuk tingkat hierarki yang sama menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Pada tahap akhir akan dianalisis alternatif-alternatif peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja di industri petrokimia dengan menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Alternatif terpilih dengan bobot tertinggi diperoleh berdasarkan penilaian alternatif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja pada industri petrokimia di Indonesia dengan menggunakan atribut benefit dan cost. Dampak peningkatan produktivitas sebelum dan sesudah penerapan 6 dari 10 alternatif adalah 18,92%. Peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja industri petrokimia Indonesia disertai dengan alternatif dan diterapkan selama fenomena work-from-home.

The impact of the work from home (WFH) phenomenon varies in the industry in Indonesia. This study aims to know the key factors, alternatives, and the impact on increasing labor productivity in the Indonesian petrochemical industry. At the initial stage, a literature study will be conducted to identify the key factor in increasing labor productivity in the petrochemical industry during a pandemic. The second stage is to determine the importance level of each level of the hierarchical structure by weighting pairwise comparisons for the same hierarchical level using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). In the final stage, alternatives to increase labor productivity in the petrochemical industry will be analyzed using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The selected alternative with the highest weight was obtained based on the assessment of alternatives to increase labor productivity in the petrochemical industry in Indonesia by using the benefit and cost attributes. The impact of increasing productivity before and after implementing 6 out of 10 alternatives was 18.92%. Increasing labor productivity of an Indonesian petrochemical industry accompanied by alternatives and implemented during the work-from-home phenomenon.
