Analisa Tekno Ekonomi Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) Pada Apartemen LRT City = Techno-economic Analysis of Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant for LRT City Apartment

 Abstract

Studi ini mensimulasikan kelayakan pemasangan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) terhubung ke jaringan utilitas di rooftop apartemen terintegrasi moda transportasi di Prumjatimulya, Bekasi Timur. Simulasi sistem PLTS 154 kWp terhubung ke jaringan dilakukan dengan perangkat lunak PVsyst. Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi aspek teknis, ekonomi dan lingkungan dari sistem PLTS. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa sistem memasok listrik ke apartemen sebesar 221,37 MWh/tahun selama masa umur pakai (25 tahun) dengan Performance ratio 81,23%. Levelized Cost of Electricity (LCOE) dari PLTS menjadi Rp 923 /kWh, Profitability Index sebesar 1,15, Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp 318.441.255 dan Internal Rate of Return sebesar 7,60%. Dari aspek lingkungan, sistem ini akan menyimpan emisi karbon sebesar 3479,718 tCO2 selama umur pakai sistem, dimana per 1 kWp yang dibangkitkan oleh sistem akan menyimpan emisi karbon sebesar 22,61 tCO2/kWp. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa perencanaan PLTS on-grid 154 kWp layak untuk dilaksanakan

This study simulates the feasibility of installing a PV on-grid on the rooftop of an integrated transportation apartment in East Bekasi. Simulation of the 154 kWp PV Plant connected to the network was carried out using the PVsyst software. This study was conducted to evaluate the technical, economic, and environmental aspects of the PV Plant. The results show that the system supplies electricity to the apartment by 221.37 MWh/year during the service life (25 years) with a performance ratio of 81.23%. The Levelized Cost of Electricity (LCOE) of the solar PV is IDR 923 /kWh, Profitability Index (PI) is 1.15, Net Present Value (NPV) is IDR 318,441,255 and Internal Rate of Return is 7.60%. From the environmental aspect, this system will save carbon emissions of 3479,718 tCO2 during the life of the system. It can be concluded that the 154 kWp PV on-grid planning is feasible.
