Tingkat literasi kesehatan remaja terkait COVID-19 termasuk hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam mengoptimalkan upaya pencegahan penularan sebab remaja berpotensi untuk meningkatkan penyebaran virus corona karena adanya karakteristik taking-risk behavior. Skripsi ini membahas mengenai faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat literasi kesehatan remaja dalam mencari serta memahami informasi terkait COVID-19 selama masa pandemik. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain analitik. Responden yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 427 siswa/i dari 10 sekolah di provinsi DKI Jakarta. Terdapat dua instrumen yang diaplikasikan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu HLS-COVID-Q22 untuk menilai tingkat literasi remaja terkait COVID-19 dan kuesioner karakteristik remaja untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi tingkat literasi kesehatan. Instrumen HLS-COVID-Q22 dibuat dan telah diuji oleh Okan, Bollweg, Berens, Hurrelmann, Bauer, dan Schaeffer (2020) (r=0.851), sedangkan kuesioner karakteristik remaja disusun serta diuji dalam penelitian Santosa (2012) (r=0.859). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara akses pelayanan kesehatan dengan tingkat literasi terkait COVID-19 pada remaja di DKI Jakarta (p < 0.05). Akses pelayanan kesehatan yang mudah akan meningkatkan literasi terkait COVID-19 pada remaja. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara usia, jenis kelamin, bahasa, etnis, pendidikan, dan akses informasi kesehatan dengan tingkat literasi terkait COVID-19 pada remaja. Peneliti menganjurkan agar pihak sekolah bekerja sama dengan Kementerian Kesehatan dalam memberikan edukasi pemanfaatan akses informasi dan pelayanan kesehatan terkait COVID-19.

The level of adolescent health literacy related to COVID-19 is one of the things that needs to be considered in optimizing efforts to prevent transmission because adolescents have the potential to increase the spread of the corona virus due to the characteristics of risk-taking behavior. This study discusses the factors related to the level of adolescent health literacy in finding and understanding information related to COVID-19 during the pandemic. This research is a type of quantitative research with an analytical design. Respondents who participated in this study were 427 students from 10 schools in DKI Jakarta. There are two instruments applied in this study, namely the HLS-COVID-Q22 to assess the literacy level of adolescents related to COVID-19 and the adolescent characteristics questionnaire to identify factors that can affect the level of health literacy. The HLS-COVID-Q22 instrument was created and tested by Okan, Bollweg, Berens, Hurrelmann, Bauer, and Schaeffer (2020) (r=0.851), while the adolescent characteristics questionnaire was compiled and tested in Santosa's research (2012) (r=0.859). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between access to health services and literacy levels related to COVID-19 in adolescents in DKI Jakarta (p < 0.05). Easy access to health services will increase literacy related to COVID-19 in adolescents. In addition, the results of the study also show that there is no relationship between age, gender, language, ethnicity, education, and access to health information with literacy levels related to COVID-19 in adolescents. The researcher suggest that schools cooperate with the Ministry of Health in providing education regarding the use of access to information and health services related to COVID-19.
