Demam berdarah dengue merupakan penyakit tular vektor. Pada tahun 2021 Indonesia memiliki IR 11,48/100.000 penduduk dan Case Fatality Rate sebesar 0,89%. Pada tahun 2021 Depok memiliki kasus tertinggi sebanyak 3.155 kasus (IR= 75,24/100.000 Penduduk). Pencegahan DBD dilakukan dengan dibentuknya Kordinator kader jumantik tiap RT untuk meningkatkan Angka Bebas Jentik (ABJ). ABJ baik jika ≥ 95%. Peningkatan Angka Bebas Jentik (ABJ) dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan dan peran koordinator kader jumantik . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan peran koordinator kader jumantik terhadap angka bebas jentik (ABJ) di Kelurahan Tugu Kecamatan Cimanggis Kota Depok tahun 2022. Penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan data primer yaitu kuesioner yang telah dimodifikasi dari arahan Kemenkes RI dan penelitian sebelumnya. Desain penelitian cross sectional, sampel penelitian 101 responden. Hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan Angka Bebas Jentik (ABJ) dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan Peran Koordinator Kader Jumantik yaitu Pemantauan Jentik Berkala (PJB) terhadap Angka Bebas Jentik (ABJ).

Prevention of DHF is carried out by establishing a jumantik cadre coordinator for each RT to increase the larva-free rate (ABJ). ABJ is good if 95%. The increase in larva free rate (ABJ) is influenced by the knowledge and role of the jumantik cadre coordinator. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and the role of the jumantik cadre coordinator on the larva-free rate (ABJ) in Tugu Village, Cimanggis District, Depok City in 2022. This quantitative study used primary data, namely a questionnaire that had been modified from the direction of the Indonesian Ministry of Health and previous research. The research design is cross sectional, the research sample is 101 respondents. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge and the larva-free rate (ABJ) and there was a significant relationship between the role of the Jumantik Cadre Coordinator, namely Periodic Lartic Monitoring (PJB) on the larva-free rate (ABJ).
