Laporan magang ini bertujuan mengevaluasi ketepatan prosedur pembuatan rate alokasi biaya yang dilakukan oleh PT EPS untuk mengalokasikan common support costs terhadap produk berupa minyak dan gas bumi. PT EPS merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri minyak dan gas (Migas) dan merupakan perusahaan kontraktor kontrak kerja sama (KKKS). Prosedur yang dilaksanakan adalah melakukan perhitungan rate alokasi yang didasarkan pada proporsi dari total biaya eksplorasi dan biaya produksi non-capital. Evaluasi prosedur pembuatan rate alokasi common support costs dilakukan dengan membandingkannya dengan pedoman tata kerja (PTK) terkait, yaitu PTK 059 revisi 01, PTK 063, serta dokumen terkait lainnya. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan, prosedur pembuatan rate alokasi untuk mengalokasikan common support costs PT EPS telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan kedua PTK tersebut.

This internship report aims to evaluate the accuracy of the procedure for making cost allocation rates carried out by PT EPS to allocate common support cost to products in the form of oil and gas. PT EPS is a company engaged in the oil and gas industry that act as a Production Sharing Contract company (PSC). The procedure implemented is to calculate the allocation rate based on the proportion of the total exploration costs, and non-capital production costs. Evaluation of the procedure for making the common support costs allocation rate is carried out by comparing it with the pedoman tata kerja (PTK) that is relevant, which is PTK 059 revision 01, PTK 063, and other related documents. Based on the evaluation, the procedure for making allocation rate to allocate PT EPS common support costs has been implemented in accordance with the two PTKs.
