Cash Wakaf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) merupakan inovasi yang dilakukan pemerintah dan BWI sebagai salah satu cara untuk mencapai potensi wakaf yang cukup besar di Indonesia. Akan tetapi ternyata pada kenyataannya penghimpunan dana CWLS sendiri masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui intensi masyarakat untuk berwakaf melalui CWLS menggunakan variabel literasi CWLS dan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) yang terdiri dari sikap, norma subjektif dan persepsi kontrol perilaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknis analisis Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dan software yang digunakan adalah Smart-PLS. Responden penelitian ini berjumal 196 yang merupakan masyarakat Muslim yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia yang belum pernah berwakaf melalui CWLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi CWLS tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap intensi berwakaf, akan tetapi berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui variabel sikap terhadap wakaf dan persepsi kontrol perilaku. Variabel norma subjektif tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap intensi berwakaf, sedangkan variabel variabel sikap terhadap wakaf dan persepsi kontrol perilaku secara positif signifikan berpengaruh terhadap intensi masyarakat untuk berwakaf melalui Cash Wakaf Linked Sukuk(CWLS). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pada penelitan ini persepsi positif dan keyakinan akan kemampuan diri yang dimiliki seseorang untuk berwakaf pada CWLS dapat menimbulkan niat seseorang untuk berwakaf melalui CWLS, sedangkan tekanan sosial yang dirasakan seseorang tidak dapat mempengaruhi keinginan seseorang untuk memulai berwakaf melalui CWLS.

Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) is an innovation carried out by the government and BWI as a way to achieve the large potential of waqf in Indonesia. The participation of the Muslim community is very important in order to reach this potential. However, in reality, CWLS fundraising itself is still low. This study aims to determine the community's intention to waqf through CWLS using the variable literacy of waqf and Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) which consists of attitudes, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with technical analysis of Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and Smart PLS software. There are 196 respondents of Muslim communities spread throughout Indonesia who have never done waqf through CWLS. The results showed that waqf literacy did not directly affect the intention of waqf, but it had an indirect effect through the variables of endowment attitudes and perceptions of behavioral control. The subjective norm variable did not significantly influence the intention to waqf, while the variable attitude towards endowment and perceived behavioral control had a significant positive effect on the community's intention to waqf through Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS). This shows that in this study positive feelings and beliefs about their own ability to waqf in CWLS can lead to their intention to waqf through CWLS, while the social pressure felt by a person cannot affect their intention to start waqf through CWLS.
