Penelitian ini akan membahas 7 jenis konjungsi temporal dalam Bahasa Mandarin, yaitu 以后 yǐhòu，以前yǐqián, 然后ránhòu, 当dāng, 刚才gāngcái, 同时 tóngshí, dan 最后zuìhòu. Setiap konjungsi tersebut memiliki perbedaan dan persamaan pada posisi dan urutan peristiwa pada klausa yang mengandung konjungsi temporal dalam kalimat Bahasa Mandarin. Data penelitian ini diambil dari cerpen Cina yang berjudul 手shǒu. Pada cerpen ini, terdapat 16 data berbahasa Mandarin yang memunculkan jenis konjungsi temporal Bahasa Mandarin. Dari data ini akan di analisis posisi dan urutan peristiwa pada klausa yang mengandung konjungsi temporal dalam kalimat Bahasa Mandarin. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa posisi konjungsi temporal ada yang terletak di awal kalimat, terletak pada klausa 1 sebagai klausa subordinatif atau inti, terletak di depan atau belakang klausa 1 sebagai klausa inti, di depan klausa 2 sebagai klausa inti atau subordinatif, dan berada pada klausa 2 sebagai klausa subordinatif. Selain itu, urutan peristiwa pada klausa yang mengandung konjungsi temporal ada yang menunjukkan suatu peristiwa terjadi lebih dulu daripada peristiwa lain, dua peristiwa yang terjadi pada waktu bersamaan, menunjukkan peristiwa yang sedang terjadi, peristiwa kedua akan terjadi selesai peristiwa pertama, dan menunjukkan peristiwa yang diinginkan dalam waktu lama baru terjadi.

This research will discuss 7 types of temporal conjuctions in Chinese, which are以后 yǐhòu，以前yǐqián, 然后ránhòu, 当dāng, 刚才gāngcái, 同时 tóngshí, dan 最后zuìhòu. Each of these conjuctions has differences and similarities in the position and order of the moments on the clauses that contain temporal conjuctions on the sentences in Chinese. Data for this research is taken from a Chinese short story entitled 手shǒu. In this short story, there are 16 Chinese language data that has Chinese temporal conjunctions, and then, will analyze positions and order of the moments on the clauses that contain temporal conjuctions on Chinese sentences. The results of the study found that the position of temporal conjunctions is located at the beginning of the sentence, located in clause 1 as a subordinating or core clause, located in front of or behind clause 1 as a core clause, in front of clause 2 as a core or subordinate clause, and is in clause 2 as a subordinate clause. In addition, the sequence of moments in clauses containing temporal conjunctions shows that a moment occurs before another moment, two moments that occur at the same time, indicate a moment that is currently happening, the second moment will occur after the first event, and indicates the moment desired to be happened in a long time just happened.
