Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi, mempengaruhi perubahan signifikan pada bidang kesehatan. Kesehatan adalah kebutuhan mendasar setiap manusia untuk dapat menjalani hidup layak dan produktif. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kondisi umum kesehatan di Indonesia yaitu lingkungan, perilaku, dan pelayanan kesehatan. Apoteker sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan, berperan penting untuk tetap menjamin pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat seiring perkembangan teknologi. Sebagai penunjang pembelajaran calon apoteker, dilakukanlah praktik kerja profesi apoteker. Praktik kerja dilaksanakan pada Bulan Juli hingga November 2021. Praktik kerja dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia untuk mempelajari peran apoteker dalam pelayanan di instansi rumah sakit. Dalam bidang pemerintahan, dilakukan praktik kerja di Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia (BPOM RI) untuk mengetahui gambaran peran apoteker sebagai pembuat dan pengawas regulasi obat. Praktik kerja juga dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma 382 Depok sebagai pembelajaran pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Pembelajaran peran apoteker termasuk dalam menganalisis permasalahan di tempat praktik kerja. Oleh karena itu, laporan ini akan membahas analisi masalah di setiap tempat praktik kerja.

The development of technology affects significant changes in the health sector. Health is a basic need for every human being to be able to live a decent and productive life. Factors that influence the general condition of health in Indonesia are the environment, behavior, and health services. As one of the health workers, Pharmacists have an essential role in guaranteeing public health services in line with technological developments. In support of learning of prospective pharmacists, a pharmacist's professional internships are carried out. Internships were held from July to November 2021. The internship is carried out at the Universitas Indonesia’s Hospital to study the role of pharmacists in services in hospital institutions. In the field of government, the internship is carried out at the Indonesian Food and Drug Supervisory Agency to describe the role of pharmacists as makers and supervisors of drug regulations. The internship is also carried out at Kimia Farma Pharmacy as a learning process for pharmaceutical services in pharmacies. Learning the role of pharmacists included analyzing problems in the workplace. Therefore, this report will discuss the analysis of the issues in each workplace practice.
