Profesi apoteker mempunyai peran penting untuk memunjag pekerjaan kefarmasian. Salah satu hal yang harus dilakukan untuk menjadi apoteker profesionaladalah berpartisipasi untuk mengikuti praktik kefarmasian. Untuk itu, calon apoteker diminta untuk menjalani praktik profesi untuk bekal memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik profesi ini dilakukan di Apotek Roxy pada bulan Maret 2022. Pada tugas khusus ini dibahas lebih lanjut mengenai analisis pelayanan informasi obat, konseling, dan catata pengobatan pasien geriatri. Pasien geriatri merupakan pasien yang membutuhkan perhatian khusus dalam penggunaan obat. Laporan khusus ini membahas perhatian khusus yang diberikan kepada pasien geriatri selama menjalani masa terapinya.

The pharmacist profession has an important role to support the work of pharmacy. One of the things that must be done to become a professional pharmacist is to participate in the pharmaceutical practices. For this reason, prospective pharmacists are asked to undergo professional practice to equip them with the understanding of the role of pharmacists and improve competence before entering the world of work. This professional practice was carried out at Roxy Pharmacy in March 2022. In this report, further discussion on analysis of drug information services, counseling, and treatment records for geriatric patients was discussed. Geriatric patients are patients who require special attention to use medicines. This report discusses the special attention paid to geriatric patients during their therapy.
