Profesi Apoteker merupakan pendidikan yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan karir seorang apoteker. Sebelum mengaplikasikan keilmuan di bidang kefarmasian secara profesioanl, seorang apoteker perlu menempun pendidikan profesi untu mendapat gelar apoteker. Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan salah satu kegiatan pada perkuliahan profesi apoteker yang bertujuan mengasah kemampuan praktik calon apoteker sebelum terjun langsung ke dunia kerja sebagai seorang apoteker yang profesional. Kegiatan PKPA ini dilaksanakan di Apotek Kimia Farma Pekapuran periode Januari 2022 dan PT. Kalbio Global Medika periode Maret – April 2022. Melalui kegiatan ini, penulis berharap ilmu yang didapatkan selama PKPA dapat menjadi bekal yang baik untuk menjadi seorang apoteker yang profesional, baik di pelayanan masyarakat maupun industry farmasi.

The pharmacist profession degree is a very important education in the career development of a pharmacist. Before applying knowledge in the field of pharmacy professionally, a pharmacist needs to undergo professional education to get a pharmacist degree. The Pharmacist Professional Practice Activity (PKPA) is one of the activities in the pharmacist profession curriculum which aims to hone the practice skills of prospective pharmacists before going directly into the world of work as a professional pharmacist. This PKPA activity was carried out at Kimia Farma Pekapuran Pharmacy for the January 2022 period and PT. Kalbio Global Medika for the period March – April 2022. Through this activity, the author hopes that the knowledge gained during PKPA can be a good provision to become a professional pharmacist, both in community service and the pharmaceutical industry.
