Persepsi Pimpinan RSKD terhadap rencana perubahan status dari rumah sakit pemerintah menjadi perusahaan jawatan merupakan informasi relevan untuk digali sebagai masukan guna persiapan pelaksanaan kebijaksanaan yang baru. Informasi ini terasa panting karena kebijakan perusahaan jawatan berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 6 Tahun 2000 merupakan hal yang baru dalam rangka penyesuaian organisasi RSKD agar momiliki otonomi kewenangan, memperpendek birokrasi yang berdampak pada peningkatan mutu dan pendapatan tanpa meninggalkan fungsi sosial. Dalam masalah penelitian persiapan perubahan belum digali secara baik. Untuk ini perlu informasi sebagai data diperlukan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh persepsi pimpinan RSKD mengenai perusahaan jawatan sebelum pelaksanaan perubahan terjadi.Metode penelitian bersifat kualitatif dengan studi kasus perubahan status RSKD dari rumah sakit pemerintah menjadi perusahaan jawatan dengan subyek penelitian pimpinan RSKD, khususnya persepsi pimpinan tentang perubahan status RSKD dari rumah sakit pemerintah menjadi perusahaan jawatan dengan topik utama :Informasi PP No. 6 Tahun 2000 tentang Perusahaan Jawatan, persepsi pimpinan RSKD pada indikator perusahaan jawatan meliputi : visi, misi & tujuan, organisasi dan manajemen, sumber daya manusia, keuangan, sistem informasi, mutu dan strategi, komunikasi, dampak yang terjadi dan harapan-harapan pimpinan RSKD terhadap perubahan status menjadi perusahaan jawatan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mengetahui rencana perubahan status. tetapi belum mendalam karena penyebarluasan rencana perubahan belum mendetail, perlu mempersiapkan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung proses perubahan. Hasil studi kelayakan belum selesai dinilai oleh Depkes dan Depkeu. Perception the RSKD Directors toward the plan to change the status of the Government Hospital into Private Corporation is relevant information to be obtained as input for preparation of the implementation of the new policy. This information is important because the Corporation based on the Government Law No. 6 Year 2000 is something new in adjustment of the RSKD organization in order to have autonomous authority, to simplify the bureaucracy that in turn will increase the quality and income without reducing the social functions. In an effort to study the preparation of the change of status it has not been explored appropriately, therefore, data and information is needed to identify the extent to which the perception of the RSKD Directors regarding The Corporation before the implementation of the change is occurred.

The research method is qualitative in nature with case study of the change of status of RSKD from Government Hospital into Corporation, with the subject of the study the RSKD Directors, especially their perception regarding the change of status of RSKD form government hospital into Corporation with the main topic :

Information from Government Regulation No. 6, Year 2000 regarding Corporation, Perception of the RSKD Directors on the Corporation indicators such as vision, mission, organization, management, human resource, finance, information system, quality, strategy, communication, and what are the expectations of RSKD Directors towards the change of status into Corporation.

The results of study indicate that most of the RSKD Directors have known about the change of status, but it is not in-depth, because the distribution about change is not detail, that a supporting means is needed. The feasibility study for the change process has not been finished by the Department of Health and Department of Finance.
