Proyek Pembangunan Bendungan Bener Paket 4 yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) TBK. merupakan bagian dari Proyek Strategi Nasional National. Praktik Keinsinyuran kali ini adalah mengevaluasi penyelenggaraan Earned Value Management. Batasan pada penelitian ini adalah 1. Data yang digunakan adalah data Proyek Pembangunan Bendungan Bener Paket 4. 2. Data cashflow berdasarkan laporan keuangan Proyek Pembangunan Bendungan Bener Paket 4. 3. Pengamatan dilakukan dari awal proyek hingga akhir proyek (berdasarkan data laporan bulanan dan time schedule. 4. Penelitian hanya dikhususkan pada masalah kinerja biaya dengan metode earned value concept. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, dari awal proyek sampai dengan bulan November 2021 kinerja biaya proyek tidak baik faktor utama yang berpengaruh terhadap indeks kinerja biaya proyek adalah akibat biaya langsung maupun biaya tidak langsung yang dikeluarkan sedangkan realisasi progress belum berjalan baik di proyek. Hal ini yang menyebabkan nilai ACWP lebih besar dari BCWP sehingga kinerja biaya proyek di awal menjadi tidak baik karena nilai CPI < 1. Sedangkan mulai bulan Desember 2021 sampai dengan Oktober 2022 kinerja biaya proyek sudah baik ditunjukkan dengan nilai CPI >1.

This is what causes the ACWP value to be greater than the BCWP so that the initial project cost performance is not good because the CPI value is < 1. Meanwhile from December 2021 to October 2022 the project's cost performance has shown good d with a CPI value > 1.
